Each year a $1,000 Student Environment Award is offered for a graduating secondary school student or a student enrolled in university or college in a conservation/environmental related course of study (e.g., biology, ecology, geography, forestry, fish and wildlife, agriculture, outdoor education).

Each year The James L. Baillie Student Research Award is awarded to a graduate student conducting field studies on Canadian birds in their natural environment. The $2000 award is administered by The Society of Canadian Ornithologists (SCO), and the application deadline is the 15th of February.
Each year two $1000 bursaries are available for eligible post-secondary students in an environmental or conservation program.

Each year a $500 scholarship is awarded to an Elgin County or Kettle Creek watershed resident who are entering or currently pursuing agriculturally-related studies with an emphasis on compatibility with the natural environment at a post-secondary institution.

Each year a $500 scholarship is offered to a grade twelve student who resides in the Region of Niagara and is an active member of their school’s Niagara Envirothon team. The applicant must be continuing their post-secondary education in a college or university environmental program.

Each year a scholarship is awarded to a watershed student who is graduating from high school and pursuing a degree in an environmental or natural resources field at a post secondary level.
Each year a $500 bursary is offered to a graduating secondary student who will be pursuing post-secondary education in the field of environmental/conservation studies. Preference will be given to the student who demonstrates community and/or school involvement in environmental and conservation issue.

Each year 2 recipients from Ontario are chosen to receive a scholarship which provides up to $70,000 over four years for tuition and living expenses. To be eligible, applicants need to have demonstrated community leadership, are in the final year of high school, and have a minimum overall grade average of 75% in their most recently completed school year.
